When using these flame retardants, in order to reduce the cost and maximize the effect of flame retardants, manufacturers of environmentally friendly flame retardants will mix them according to the synergistic effect. For example, halogen flame retardants with gas phase flame retardants and phosphorous flame retardants with solid flame retardants will form a complete gas-solid flame retardants system. Nitrogen-based flame retardants can promote the carbonization of phosphorus compounds.
