Calcium stearate alone can accelerate plasticization, increase melt viscosity, increase torque, and have a certain release effect; single use of paraffin can delay plasticization, reduce torque, and have no release phenomenon. When calcium stearate and paraffin (polyethylene wax) are mixed in a certain proportion, the effect is better, and the torque value of the material can be greatly reduced. This is because the paraffin penetrates into the molecules of calcium stearate, the lubrication is strengthened, and the synergistic The effect is enhanced and the dispersibility of the lubricant is improved.

       4. As a PVC lubricant, calcium stearate does not only play an internal lubricating role, but its lubricating role is complex. In other cases where the proportion of internal lubrication is high, it can reflect the role of external lubrication. At the same time, it has a synergistic effect with many lubricating oils.
