Classifications, Functions and Application of PVC Foaming Regulator

PVC Foaming Regulator is actually a special Processing Aids, they have all the characteristics of Processing Aids, the difference is that PVC foaming regulator has a higher molecular weight, larger viscosity, they are mainly used to produce PVC foaming products.

Depending on the function and application area, our PVC foaming regulators are divided into 4 classifications:

1) Foam regulator for 0-8mm thin foam board and foam shoes: TF-530, TF-869

2) Foam regulator for 8-15mm PVC foam board: TF-100, TF-101

3) Foam regulator for 15mm or more foam board: TF-100, TF-102

4) Foam regulator for wood-plastic foaming products: TF-200

PVC Foaming Regulator Functions:

There are three functions for adding foam regulators to foaming products:

1) Promote the plasticization of PVC materials;

2) Increase the melt strength of PVC materials to prevent the combination or rupture of bubbles, so as to obtain foaming products with uniform cell structure and low density;

3) Prevent the surface of the product from breaking due to friction and traction, improve the surface gloss of foaming products.

PVC Foaming Regulator Application:

PVC foaming regulator is mainly used to produce PVC foaming products, such as PVC foam board, foam shoes and wood-plastic foaming products.
