The glass transition temperature of the newly developed TAE-858 can reach above -60℃, and the effect of improving the low temperature impact performance of profiles is remarkable.

Wide processing process range, stable operation process CPE processing temperature range is narrow, because chlorinated polyethylene structure and PVC close, high temperature (185 ° C), good mixing, easy to damage the network structure, resulting in a decline in impact resistance. If the temperature is low, the plasticization is not good, the dispersion is not good, it also affects the impact, appearance and other properties, and the acrylic impact modifier does not have the above problems, the processing temperature is wide, the operation is easy, the finished product rate is high, the production is stable and the thermal shrinkage rate is low. Good dimensional stability The PVC profile using ACR impact modifier is generally 100℃, 60 minutes shrinkage is low, generally below 1.5%. The CPE is higher, generally more than 1.5% (standard requirements ≤2.5%). The practical significance of this project is to test the longitudinal stress of the PC profile. The influence factors of longitudinal stress are the degree of plasticizing gel and the speed of process traction. Therefore, the residual stress between molecules is too large and locally concentrated, which is the main reason for the stress cracking of the profile P V C. The use of ACR impact modifier has obvious effect on improving the stress cracking of profiles, and the cracking is less when assembled at low temperature. Suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles, and the role of flow modifiers ACR impact modifier physical structure is reasonable, so the processing range is wide, extrusion speed is fast, adapt to higher shear speed, suitable for high-speed extrusion. The melting temperature is low, and the flow is good, which can save the flow modifier and reduce the cost.

Because ACR is easy to plasticize, melt strength is low, gel degree is high, so the product surface gloss is high. The experiment shows that with CPE modification, the general gloss is between 20% and 40%, and after using ACR modification, the gloss can reach 40% to 65%, the product is smooth and delicate, and the feel is good.
