Low Smoke Halogen Free Flame Retardant Polypropylene

Halogen-free retardant polypropylene with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. The flammability can reach UL94-V0 (1.5mm and 3.0mm) and its glow-wire test meets GWIT:750/3.0 and GWFI:960/3.0. It can meet UL ertification and the requirements of ROHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 17P,Halogen-free,PAHs etc. 

Which grade of flame retardant can reach ?  We recommend several choice for you  ： 
1.  FP-2200S , FP-2500S series from ADEKA 
2.  PNPO-G1 , PNPO-G2 series from NOVISTA

PNPO-G1 is a halogen-free flame retardant , which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus / nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into thermoplastics, it exhibits high processing stability.PNPO-G1 doesn’t contain ammonium polyphosphate (APP). It can replace FP-2200S produced by Adeka .
